Hirecraft is owned and provided by FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED, company number 17386840, registered in England and Wales.

Using the service

You need an account to use Hirecraft. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the records you enter.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload data you have no lawful basis to hold.
• Do not attempt to access records belonging to another account.
• Do not use the service to break applicable employment or data protection law.

Scope of the service

Hirecraft supports recruitment coordination. Hiring decisions remain with the responsible manager. The service does not provide legal, employment or immigration advice.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to any fees paid for the service.

Ending your use

You may stop using the service and delete your records at any time. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
